Why I still love games at the arcade

Well...where do I start with this one?
I mean, I've always been a huge fan of arcade games. Along with sports, this was definitely one of the best things that I've enjoyed during the entirety of my childhood. Now when I was young, my dad would often take my brother and I along with him to the arcade store inside Aeon Bukit Tinggi shopping mall, where we would spend hours playing all sorts of games.
And yup...it's safe to say that I had a hell of a blast. Like seriously, too much to the point where I was sometimes reluctant to go home.
I remember this Japanese beetle game in particular, where players would choose superpowered beetles to go up against each other and see who would come out on top. The reward for the winner was some sort of card of the beetle you chose, and I guess that was my motivation to keep on playing.
So of course, you can probably figure out by now why I wanted to go to the arcade like, on EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND. Sigh...all for one ultra addictive card collecting game. Still though, I'll never forget the feeling of getting a new card. The satisfaction and joy I got was super overwhelming, plus at such a young age school and homework were pretty much not an issue at all.
Sadly those days have now gone. And although I'm much more matured now than I was 8-9 years ago, I still have the sudden urge to experience the fun once again whenever I see those kids having the time of their lives in front of the arcade machines.
I guess the one very good thing is that there are still many teenagers like me out there these days who love the racing games on offer...so yeah, at the end of the day who says I'm too old to have fun!
Anyways guys, if you do like to see more blogs like this one, then I would much appreciate your support by subscribing to my website. Thanks again and I'll see you all soon!
